What is a Care for Quality-label?

Care for Quality (C4Q) is a quality label specifically for the laundry sector. It guarantees the quality of the cleaned textiles, including working according to the European RABC standard NBN-EN 14065, and takes into account the recommendations of the Superior Health Council regarding the treatment of linen intended for the healthcare sector.

The certification procedure is managed by the Federation of Belgian Textile Care Takers (F.B.T.).

For whom?

The Care for Quality label was developed by the Federation of Belgian Textile Care Takers (F.B.T.), tailored to the laundry sector. BQA was appointed to carry out the audits independently.

Why a Care for Quality label?

This quality label is recommended by the Superior Health Council and helps companies from the laundry sector to manage the risks associated with the treatment of linen for the healthcare sector.
